The caretakers are so loving and patient, and they played with my picky dog and coaxed her to eat, and carefully followed the daily routine I gave them, even keeping an eye on her toilet habits. They sent lots of photos and videos throughout, and at night there's a camera so I could watch her sleep. Someone's around for most of the day, so she was never bored. We'll definitely bring her back for another holiday!

I was really nervous taking Ava to Companion Planet, it's the first time she's been away from me this long. The staff sent photos and videos every few hours, kept her exact routine, and you can see she was genuinely happy. I finally relaxed on my trip.

They sent me plenty of videos each day so I always knew exactly how my dog was doing, which really put my mind at ease. They also accommodate every owner's request and any special needs. You can genuinely feel their professionalism and care. I'll definitely be back!

Ah Fei stayed here for three nights and every staff member was so friendly with him, playing with him for ages. They sent me loads of videos and photos every day, which was so reassuring, and there's CCTV so I could watch him at bedtime. We added a bath too, and Ah Fei had so much fun he didn't want to go home!

The first time I had to board my 11-year-old dog, for a whole-family holiday. I was so worried about her age, but they were attentive to every detail, sent constant updates, and she came home calm and happy. I can't recommend them enough.

All the staff in charge were attentive and friendly. I boarded my dog for two days and could see how happily she played. Every time she went to the toilet, ate or had playtime, the staff let me know in detail and sent photos and videos, which was so reassuring. I'll choose Companion Planet again whenever I need to!
