We believe every dog deserves a place that feels like home, not shut in a cage, but free to be themselves. It is 100% cage-free by day, with staff on hand throughout to play games and keep them active. Worn out by evening, they return to their own semi-open, uncovered, well-ventilated space to sleep. With hourly WhatsApp photos and videos, you can see them wherever you are. We are dog owners ourselves, so we care for your dog like one of our own family.

What should I know for a first boarding stay?
We recommend visiting beforehand so your dog can get used to the space and the staff. You can book a visit via WhatsApp, free of charge.
What should I bring for boarding?
We suggest bringing their usual food (enough for the length of the stay), any medication, and a familiar towel or toy to help them feel secure. We provide the bedding.
Can you handle special diets or medication?
Absolutely. We follow your instructions exactly for medication and special diets, and report back each time with a WhatsApp video.
Do you offer pick-up and drop-off?
Yes. We offer VIP transport with live GPS tracking and in-car CCTV. Fees are based on distance, so message us on WhatsApp for a quote.
Do you have boarding packages?
Yes. We offer three prepaid packages, and the more you top up, the more bonus you get:
· Top up $5,000, get $5,500 to use
· Top up $10,000, get $11,500 to use
· Top up $20,000, get $25,000 to use
The balance can be used for boarding, ideal for dogs who stay often or long-term. Message us on WhatsApp for details.
